Paudi O’Brien of Osborne Meats/McCarthy Cycles won a bunch sprint of over ninety riders to beat off the challenge of English cyclist Harry Tanfield of Cheshire JLT Condor and Dutch rider Bram Imming of WV Noord on the first stage of the four day Kerry Group Ras Mumhan cycling race which started and finished in Killorglin today. It took in a 106 kilometers route around the Sliabh Luchra Region of East Kerry.
