Stage 3, another shake up for the race and Stage 3 this year. Stage 3 will commence from the Green Glens Arena, Millstreet, under a 2.3km neutralised roll-out toward Macroom through Millstreet town.
The racing will get underway at 11:00 from the Lucy Transport Warehouse just outside Millstreet.
The race will then proceed towards Macroom, via the R582 road, before turning right for Clondrohid. Here we do 2 loops of Clondrohid – Ballyvourney – Macroom

After this we head back for Millstreet and this is where things become familiar, as we slip right at the grotto and head up Mushera climb, 8.5km to St John’s Well.
Heading back down to Millstreet again, we take on the final climb of the day, following the Old Butter Road, up to the Kerryman’s Table and the Finish Line.
