Wouter Hahn Wins Stage 1

Kerry Group Ras Mumhan Stage One

Dutchman Wouter Hahn from the Ruiter Dakkapellen team won the first stage of the Kerry Group Ras Mumhan four day international , which started and finished back in Killorglin after 105 killometers. The stage took the race towards East Kerry and back to Killorglin again. 148 riders faced the starter and Hahn was in a seven man group that went clear after the first King of the Hill at Killcummin. They were joined by 11 other riders on the approach to Castleisland, with 70k covered. This group stayed together until Hahn attacked at the 5k to go sign, Hahn crossed the line with 11 seconds to spare on Kanturk man Paudie O’ Brien who led in the remainder of the leading group home with another Dutchman Luuk Goede from West Frisia third.
