Kerry Group Ras Mumhan Stage Three

Dubliner Neil Delahaye won today’s third stage after a tough 142 kilometre trip around South Kerry, starting and finishing in Waterville and taking in a trip around Valentia Island. Delahaye , another Dubliner Stephen O’ Sullivan and Andrew Betts of Surrey went clear after ten kilometres. They stayed together until they approached Valentia Island after 80 kilometres. Delahaye went clear of the two riders at this stage to record a solo victory back in Waterville. Tim Barry retained the yellow race leaders jersey, while Delahaye now takes over the lead in the King Of The Mountain.

Tomorrow’s final stage at ten am starts and finishes back in Killorglin.
